Kit Tyler, Director of Adult and Workforce Education Division, has over thirty years in the education and training of the adults of Northwest Ohio through Northwest State Community College and Four County Career Center’s Adult Workforce Education Division.  She is committed to providing positive and practical workplace skills for the adults of Northwest Ohio.

As the Adult Education Supervisor since 1993 and as Director since 2003, Kit has logged over 2000 hours of training to local business and industry including Sauder Manufacturing, Campbell Soup, Automatic Feed, GM Powertrain and Manville Corporation.

Kit is active on the state level with the Adult Workforce Development Division of the Ohio Association for Career and Technical Education (Ohio ACTE). She has presented at its National Convention in Las Vegas on the topic of "Developing a Workforce for the 21st Century." She will be serving as the president of the AWD division in 2007 and is the professional development chair person of the Administrative Section.
