The Management Development Training Program accepts the challenge of helping your management team to succeed.  We will provide the classroom instruction that will assist your managers in developing skills to communicate, manage, and empower.

The series is designed for the experienced Manager or Supervisor.  Participants should have at least three (3) years of management experience and/or have completed the 90-hour Basic Supervisory Course.
