Basic Telecommunicator/Dispatcher Training Course

Designed for entry level or new hire telecommunicators, this course offers both State and APCO National certifications. This course consists of the basic information necessary to understand the job of Public Safety Telecommunicator/Dispatcher and meets the State of Ohio standards for telecommunicator training.
